If you are looking for places to eat in Warren NSW, drop in for breakfast, coffee or lunch to the Kookaburra Kiosk Cafe Warren. Meet up with friends, or if you are travelling through, meander through the Tiger Bay wetlands before relaxing over great coffee and delicious food in our cafe. The Kookaburra Kiosk is one of the best cafes in the Warren area.
Enjoy the tranquil surrounds in the renovated old St Mary’s School church hall, which has been moved to the present site and is now used as our meeting place and cafe. Enjoy the 10 stunning leadlight windows (featuring native wetlands flora and fauna) that have been specially created for the building by clever local artist Sarah Williamson and her group of students.
At the beginning of February (2016), there was an opening ceremony to officially welcome these gorgeous leadlight windows – catch a glimpse of the windows in the video by clicking here.
The Window on the Wetlands Centre regularly hosts free art exhibitions.
We have plenty of parking for cars, buses and caravans. We welcome you to our beautiful coffee shop/cafe – the next time you are looking for somewhere to have lunch in Warren, please come in and see us at the Kookaburra Kiosk Cafe Warren!
